Shipping
At Baking Treasures Bake Shop, we ship all orders via USPS and UPS 2-Day. Orders are sent from Carlsbad, California.
Each order includes up to $50 in insurance to cover damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage (photos). We will assist in filing a carrier claim and resolve the issue promptly.
Processing Your Order
We take pride in preparing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Expedited Shipping:
If you select expedited shipping, please include the date you need your order in the notes section at checkout to help ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Weekend Shipping:
We do not ship orders over the weekend.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, Shipping fees are non-refundable & there is a 50% restocking fee
If you wish to have the package re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
Please first contact your local post office or UPS office.
Contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Once shipped, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier. We are happy to assist with filing claims when necessary.
Canceled Orders & Returned Orders
Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned Orders under $200.00 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned Orders Over $200.00 are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
If an order has already shipped prior to cancellation, we will attempt to contact the carrier to intercept the shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers with a history of canceling orders after shipment.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the food-related nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding measurements or specifications.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please MESSAGE US
Include a photo of the item received, and we will promptly send the correct product.
