Each custom design is professionally crafted and 3D printed using food-safe PLA to help you create beautiful, detailed cookies with ease.

Standard Size

Our standard custom cutters measure approximately 3 inches.

Need a larger size? No problem! Larger sizes are available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Custom orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, depending on design complexity and our current production schedule.

For holidays or large events, we recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance.

How to Submit Your Design

After placing your order, please email us:

Include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• Your artwork, logo, sketch, or inspiration photo
• Your phone number (optional but recommended in case we have questions)

Our design team will review your submission and contact you if additional information is needed.

Design Revisions

Your order includes up to two complimentary design revisions.

Additional revisions may require an additional design fee.

• We reserve the right to decline copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you own the rights or have permission to reproduce them.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the design.
• Because each item is custom-made, custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
